Miscellaneous Information

We know getting settled can pose some challenges so here is a little information that you may find useful:

In CV we have 3 governing entities, each serving a different purpose.  You will eventually become familiar with all of them.

UCO (United Civic organization) Is a volunteer board of directors who govern all the associations in CV.

WPRF (West Palm Beach Recreation Facilities) They manage all the CV common elements pools, clubhouse, gym etc. CV leases all these elements from them. WPRF manages these facilities and has an associated mandatory monthly fee.

Seacrest Our Property Management company.  They handle our accounting

(that’s who we send our HOA payments to) and they do our landscaping and other upkeep.

Sussex H Condo Board:  Thats us!  Anything pertaining to the building and its residents is handled by us.
