MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS

Please pay your maintenance by the 1^st of the month. We pay our building expenses from this account, so the funds are needed. You can pay by check or by automatic withdrawal from your bank account by Seacrest. Assessments for the building fund and the reserve fund are made at the first of the year, if necessary. There is also a monthly recreation fee paid to WPRF and that may be paid automatically or by check.
