Bar Codes and Gate Passes

The UCO Office is where you’ll go to get your bar codes for your vehicle to access the residents gate.  One of our volunteers will place it on your car for you.

The hours to obtain bar codes and gate passes are as follows:

Monday through Thursday – 9:30 – 11:30 am

Friday – 12:30 – 2:30 pm

Please have your current CV I.D and auto registration before going to the desk.

 

Gate Passes for your guests

For gate passes, have your CV I.D. and photo and address of your guest ready before going to the desk.
The fee is based on the duration of their stay. Please contact the UCO office for costs and any additional information.

Renters and occupants must have a current CV I.D. to receive any of the above services.

If your documents have expired, we suggest you first present your documents to the I.D. office in the clubhouse and receive an updated I.D., then go to the UCO office to complete your request for a bar code or gate pass. When your guests arrive, they will find plenty of space both in front of the building (in the white guest spots) and additional parking can be found on the side of the building for both guests and any contractors who may be providing services.

VISITORS and Guests 1) Any visitors, guests and workers, must be “called in”.

2) Call the gate (561-689-1759) from home phone or cell phone, depending on which number is registered with WPRF.

3) A computer will ask you to say only your visitor’s name, slowly and clearly.

4) Visitors MUST know the name and address of the resident they are about to visit.

5) A picture ID must be shown at the gate.

6) Stay on the line until the computer advises your visitor is registered

7) Guests’ names are deleted after 72 hours.

8) All guests must purchase a guest pass (which may be requested at any time) to use the pool and other facilities.

9) All guests must park in a guest spot.
