Parking
Hopefully by now you have your assigned parking spot. Please only park in your spot.If you have a second vehicle please park it in the satellite parking lot. . A motorized wheelchair, a golf cart, a motor scooter etc., are all considered vehicles.
Guests must park only in the appropriately marked spaces. Trucks, vans and overnight guests must park in our overflow lot on the side of the building.
NO UNIT OWNER SHALL STORE OR LEAVE BOATS, TRAILERS, TRUCKS (not exceeding 20 ft.) COMMERCIAL VEHICLES OR MOTORCYCLES ON CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY. Guests must park at Guest Parking spots. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed
Back in parking is prohibited
CAR WASHING
You may not wash your car in the parking lot.

Please note that our by-laws do not allow for overnight parking of any commercial vehicles or motorcycles anywhere on our property. Pick-up trucks, vans and larger vehicles must park in our satellite parking on the side of the building.
All visitors, including contractors, will need to be called in to go through our gates.
Century Village has an automated system that can be reached by dialing
561-689-1759. Just follow the prompts.
Guests are permitted to use our amenities however it is necessary for you to procure a guest pass and accompany them on property during their entire visit.
Anyone who is not considered a resident is limited to a 2 week stay without Board approval. If you have a guest who will be with you any longer than 2 weeks, please contact the Board as extended stay guests will have to undergo approval similar to our residents.
